you are incorrect -
the skill changes apply to the pre-requirement to plug the carrier skill book in. As the Skill book is already in there is no issue. CCP have stated that if you can fly it before the changes then you can fly it after the changes. |

he joined the alliance today, I have no control over who joins other corps in the alliance - he also asked for a better price as hes in the alliance lol
meet me at 7.75b and we can deal, but other wise I would rather carry on training the guy. |
