annia	Posted - 2005.07.27 04:04:00 - [1] Hello fellow citizens of EVE . It is to my deepest regrets to anounce that DRACONES LEGION is leaving The Phoenix Alliance. We are leaving not because of the actual wars that are going within The Phoenix Alliance at the moment, nor because a person or a corporation from The Phoenix Alliance. We have clear objectives wich the world of EVE will know in due time. ( In the near future ) A lot of the actual members of DRACK where besides The PA for over a year now . It was beautiful to fight and live toghether. Thank you PA for all the respect and comitment you have showned us. Friends or enemies we will respect PA forever , but every moment that will come will have its own decision. Best Regards Annia - CEO of DRACONES LEGION

BoB doesn't kill alliances, they just halt what they can do in 0.0. Really, if all an alliance is doing to make money is sitting in a station producing things and having neutral haulers bring them mins to make it there's not much someone can do to kill them other than ask them nicely to leave :p.
