I have gone well over the 3million SP barrier now and am getting a little tired of hunting the same old rocks. Actually it is not so much the mining as it is the lack of purpose. My corp is very freelancerish so it is rare to do much other than mine together. My hanger just fills up with ore and minerals, but once in a blue moon some of these levels drop as I build a few items to sell or make a ship for corp mates. When corp mates do decide to do something different, I am usually knee deep in cans so never get there in good time. In simple terms I think I am losing interest.
I have strong industrial skills and have started training up my combat skills now. I am looking for a change, maybe a corp where there is a balance between own needs and corp needs. I do enjoy being able to do my own thing but I am happy to work twice as hard for the corp especially when it is done together. Cooperative play is very important to me. Some level of RP would be nice especially if it directed to corp activity. My main concern is that I enjoy mining and indie pursuits but want to focus more on learning to fight. My PvP experience is limited. Aside from losing my caracal to a pirate and some "friendly" frigate duels I have done very little. I would like to rectify this even if it means losing a few more ships in the process.
To conclude basically I want to be in a more involved corp where I am not a statistic, have some responisibility, can get some combat time and yet can play with my strengths too. An added bonus would be a corp with some galactic importance (Whoa is my head big sometimes) as I like to think my actions have more consequence other than lowering the average price of a module in the Forge.

Edit: I forgot to mention I should like to be in a medium sized well established corp.

Thought I would throw you an offer bro ... and yes this is a shameless cut and paste.
We are a smaller corp that operates almost entirely out of 0.0. Most of time these days a few of us mine while the others clear the surrounding belts and come in for aid when needed. Our corp also gets heavily involved in alliance protection and we see some great PvP (although things have been a bit quiet these days). We are also working towards POS operation. Throw me an email and we can work out some time to see what we do and are about. Even join us for some mining regardless of your decision.
As far as being mature its all relative, we are older for sure but I tend to get a little colorfull after a couple drinks.
Most importantly you do what you want when you want. Persue whatever you need and we give aid.
