After selecting "settings" from the menu on the left (on this web site) you have to choose a profile (name) from the drop-down menu and then click on the "Update Settings" button.

Don't know about others - but I've tried that. I've tried several times, from several different machines and have even tried setting my alts as my default characters. Nothing. Nada. Not a soss.
So - does it take a while for the site to realise my default char and show the piccie - or is it simply bugged?

Yeah... I tried all of those things... set to default, save settings... etc... I have only one character (I used to have 3 but deleted two of them when I discovered I could not train skills on them at the same time...) now only one character and still the big exclamation point...
<sigh>

I believe it takes about 24hrs from when you first post (since the changes came into effect) for the portrait to become active.

Edit: Doesn't work
Reason: Any and all characters/accounts made AFTER July 2nd (Last TQ to Chaos Copy) seem to have not been updated. Just wait till the next copy over, and everyone should be set!
