A quick synopsis: 1) US player base averages 20 ppl 2) Excellent PVP base; strong industrial backbone and excellent diplomatic relations within the Senate 3) You may not get what you need sometimes, since some players are not available when you log in. e.g.. to build you something or refine your ore. 4) Two way street: you help the corp..they help you. 5) My main character is an industrialist and this one is PVP. However, in my humble opinion you need at least 10mil sp to fight effectively in 0.0 (this is of course relative...you may not have maxed out your advanced learning tree like I did to lvl 4). I barely have 11mil sp with this character because I concentrated on enginnering, electronics, mechanics, navigation and learning. My gunnery/missiles skills are very poor but the foundation has been set. 6) We always have REDS ready for PVP'ers. 7) I mine but it takes planning, an alt or a team to get a decent amount of 0.0 ore (Serious miners here.) Yes..I lost a couple of covetors back in Impass due to hostiles, but I learned everything I know about 0.0 from experience and my corp mates who are willing to build you stuff and even refund your loses through insurance. Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with this corp. I am not a hardcore pvp'er but that will change in the nearby future; I am not a fanatic in learning the latest mods to fit here and there, albeit a planner, strategist and a team player. There is plenty of time to discover your new mod toys and ships and "I have only 4.12% left cap if I put this T2 mod here" instances, but choose wisely when you look at a 0.0 corp. A strong foundation will live through good and bad.... and EOG is no EXCEPTION.
