We all know and love/loathe the famous plated thorax (durax?).
I decided to project the Durax's setup and expand it on the brutix
to see if that ship was usable for something other than mining.
Lo and behold, the following setup was born:
The Durix!
- Hi Slots:
- Med Slots:
- 10MN AB
- 2 Cap Rechargers
- Webber
- Low Slots:
- 2 x 1600mm Armour Plates (the better the.. uh... better! :))
- 1 x PDU
- 1 x Adaptive Nano Reflective Membrane
- Medium Armour Repairer
Feel free to expand on this or bury me, I can provide the shovels.

the grid will run out veeeeeeeery fast i think
u will be very lucky to fit that i think
besides, the firepower will be lacking quite badly, especially given the drone bay is half the size of the thorax's
and finally, call em the platerax and the platix - these sound less like condoms

A plated brutix with blaster/nos + drones might be a nice HAC trap, but definetly not with that setup.

Jeesus christ. No wonder people whine about Brutix sucking.
With absolutely retarded setups such as this, it must look like this ship was designed for dying.
Want a better setup? Look at the top thread for any brutix setup. It will be better. Maybe not original, but at least it will fit on PG...
P.S. I'm quite certain i will beat this in my enyo, thats half the cost of this setup. It may take me a while, but you'll die eventually.

Note: No idea if any of this fits, but I've fought vs something similar
7 heavy ion IIs or 6 heavy ion IIs + 1 med nos II
mwd, web, scrambler, med cap injector
biggest plate you can fit, med rep II, RCU to fit, rest mag stab IIs
+ Drones
Basically a cheap blasterthron.
