I think that the bastard ceptors(Ares,Raptor,stiletto) need to be looked at.
Improvements
*** im not sugesting that all these ships get all the changes i propose but that one would be chosen from each***
Raptor
- make the ship a rail-platform( it drops its 2x launchers and gains some grid)
- give the raptor more medium slots and make all these bastard ceptors tacklers, give them a ecm bonous or web/scram bonous(3/5/1) layout).
Ares
- a bonous to all missile damage types not thermal! (this goes for the crow as well, hell all missle boats but make it 2-4%)
- make the ares the dedicated tackler! drops 1 high and one low so it becomes 3/3/3 or 3/4/2
stiletto
- change its slot lay out to 3/3/4
- leave as is but drop its other bonouses and let it become a tackler! therefore it gains a ecm bonous.
I feel that these "bastard ceptors need to be looked at and given boosts or that they should become tackling ceptors. So each race would have one combat and one ecm ceptor, these ceptors would also need a slight grid boost so they can fit the scrm/web and a slight speed boost so they can get into range.
***I do not fly amarr interceptors so i can not coment on boosts i would like to see.***

Giving the stiletto only 3 mids and 4 lows would make it... totally useless.

why would the stileto need 1 med slot switched for 1 low ?
tacklers need med slots and not low slots 8/

The ares only needs enough grid to actually fit a useful setup that doesn't need 2x MAPC.

Stilleto is by far not a bastard stilleto, its bloody damn perfect for its role and that ecm/tackler

Hehe a caldari making sure his ships come out best...
Leave the stiletto alone it seems fine as it is (never flown one myself) and the slot layout is what gives it it's edge, with your changes you wouldn't boost it you'd nerf it.
To make the ares worthwile (again never flown one) *shrugs*

ok im all for more turret hardpoints on the raptor, but the last thing caldari need is a griffin-like interceptor with so many cap problems its not even funny 
just add in another med and add some PG and CPU do the dam thing and its fixed
also the stiletto isn't a bastard inty

about the 3/3/4 for the stellito i have not had much experiance with them but a few of my friends think that this would be a good cahnge. I feel it should have an ecm bonous and a slight grid boost

If the Raptor had 4 turrets, or even 3, it would be a good combat frigate.
If it had a bonus to scrambling, it would be a good interceptor (and I still think interceptors should have more scrambling and less firepower).
As it stands now, it's a cruel joke (while still being a Crow killer under the right circumstances).
Same for the Ares.

Without it's 4th med slot the Stilleto is pretty well useless, it is the best interceptor at actually intercepting in my humble opinion because it is very quick and has 4 meds, what on earth does it need a 4th low slot 4? ...the Claw has this covered better than the Stiletto ever could.
