Hey guys,
I'm on holidays at the moment and I don't have much access to EVE.
Something that I did before I left was to set my Caldari character training for the Caldari HAC's.
My friend has told me that with his current skills the crow that he flies is not even half as capable as it was before the missile change.
Any luck I could get some comments from some Cerberus and Eagle users?

I've only flown the Cerberus yet and all i can say is that it is still able to do the same damage like before (even more with high skills). You will have problems to fit a good tank and Tech II launchers (don't even think about damage mods), and u will need a webber or target painter (in pvp u are better of with both i guess).

Hi Evil,
I cnŠt complain about my Cerberus post patch. I use it mainly for Lvl3 and LvL4 missions with 5xHeavy Launcher and have no problems (LVL4 together with a Tempest). I took a good Painter with me and a Webber for the first couple of missions but i removed the webber, because i get hardly any NPC in Webrange. I dont have much trouble with the Interceptors aslong as i take them down first. I do roughly the same damage to Cruisers as before and i dont have all the new skillz at 5 ( on Lvl 3 most of them). What i dont like are the new MW requirement for Launchers, because i had to change my tank setup. The changes are not a reason for me to train for another HAC.

The damage output of the Cerberus is still as bad as before.

Implying that your an ass hat.
Cerb is a ncie ship if flown propery. Can chuck like 5 missiles evey 7-8 secs i tihnk for like 200-280 per shot(according to my m8). With the new skills it seems even better.

Cerb + Eagle pilot here, i fly both and have set-ups that i use in pvp/pve and lvl4 mission running.
Didn't use the cerb too much pre-patch (coz my raven was uber), but using it now, i dont complain, the HAC's may not have the dmg output of the other HAC's, but the ability to deal the damage from a longer range does compensate for this a bit.
My cerb does throw out ~300dmg per heavy missile on unhardened target, and my eagle with am wrecks for ~550 (depending on set-up), i'll let you decide if thats good.
(5mil sp in missiles and 5mil sp in gunnery, just for a guide on my skills)
