Well, the Machriel does have the 5% tracking per gallente skill level bonus the Fleet Tempest does not have. And the Machriel also can add one more gyro then a fleet tempest can, really depends on if you'd rather do more damage, or shield tank better.

Well the Tempest wont just drop out in any old complex... Takes alot of hard work to get..
Anyway Will still sell it for 1.2 bill or Trade for Navy Raven
