This is an auction for the 13.5 million skillpoint character "Vance Valorium." Vance's skill tree is available here.
Among other skills, Vance has Amarr Battleship Level 5 and Heavy Assault Ships Level 5. Vance can fly both Amarr and Gallente Heavy Assault Ships. (Yes, you read that right: Vance can fly the Zealot, Sacrilege, Deimos, and Ishtar.) Astrogeology and Industry are also at Level 5 for those of you who are interested in training up for mining barges, which Vance can do quickly with his excellent Perception.
Starting bid: 500,000,000 ISK
Bid increments: 50,000,000 ISK
End of auction: Friday, August 5th at 11:00 GMT
Reserve: 1,500,000,000 ISK
15 minute sniper rule applies!
Vance will not include any assets. The character will be available to the auction winner in Jita (secure space). I will pay the transfer fee.

Are you interested in purchasing Vance at the price that Deteis agreed to (1.5 billion ISK)?
If I have not heard from Deteis by Tuesday at 12:00 PM EST, I will assume that she is no longer interested. I would then be willing to transfer the character to you.
And BTW, Vance is close to 13.7 million skillpoints now (closing in on Medium Pulse Laser Specialization Level 4).
