I see loads of skillbooks on the market designed to increase the effectiveness of offensive EW, especially skills that increase ECM effectiveness, now tell me, where are the skills that increase the defensive ECCM modules to balance it out?

Are they needed? with the current modules its easy to evade jamming. Since jamming need good skills...

And where are the modules?
Backup arrays are basic damage controls of the Cold War patch.

Are they needed? When 1 ship can jam up 4 battleships you have a problem with balance.

Im not even going to start on the modules, how CCP could give such poor quality ECCM modules to combat the ECM counterparts is beyond my comprehension.

Backup sensors definitely need a boost.
ECCM should target enemy ship and weaken all ECMs being put out by it. IMO.

Fact is, you cant put a setup on for ratting a 10/10 complex, and PvP at the same time. Feel free to try of course.
You're shield tanks are impressive, hence the jamming. If you can't lock us, you can't lock each other either. It's only a matter of time, you know this.
