It does, I was just EFTing though and didn't notice that big of a difference in speed or align time with the meta 4 plates (with or without AH V) or even the meta 5 plates with AH V I was just pointing out the silver lining of training AH V, Mass seems to be a big penalty but it works in small number atleast according to EveFitter, though in practice it might be (I Hope) better then the numbers indicated.
