Just interested to see peoples thoughts on the GP thats about to start, sucha s who you think will win, how many Button supporters we have in EVE etc and also want to know peoples reactions on Buttons issue. If you dont already know, Button wants to stay with BAR next season but already signed to join BMW Williams a year ago. Do you think he is right to want to stay at BAR?

what a start.... Klien rolls  alonso's front wing fubared  drama, awesome stuff
edit: both RBR cars out of the GP both lost a wheel, one of them rolling (Klien) then Coulthard hitting Alonso's front wing debris!

I guess that if I'm a fan of any team, I would have to say Williams, and I think Button would be nice addition. He's a good driver, I'm pretty sure Williams are waving that contract as vigorously as possible. But with the recent lack of performance from Williams recently I can also understand if Button is comfortable in BAR.

Yup, i'm a Button fan, hope he does well and is able to stay with whichever team he wants. But I suspect Frank with have something to say too..
Shame about David C hitting a bit of wing too.

Im vagely a Button fan i guess since he's a Brit, but he signed a contract only 8 months ago to join Williams, and just cause they've had a one season blip he's changed his mind.
Tough Jenson, your going to Williams :)

F1 would be more fun if they got to do what they want with the cars...
sure it would endup being a RC car driven by a computer but what human can take a corner at 600km/h

He's a hell of a driver, but he's beginning to look like a nasty, selfish, hypocritical little man.

It's saying something about F1 when the contracts signed are infinitely more interesting that the non-event races.

He was ill advised, management ****** him over. Frank Williams will not let him stay at BAR unless someone buys his contract for a hefty sum. I heard figures of $20mil being bandied about, in all honesty i think it would be more like ú20mil. I dont think Honda want to keep button that much if they have actually just signed barichello next season.
