M.Corp is actively looking for a very special kind of pilot... We want grizzly war hardened mofo's who know how to handle themselves in the front lines and still have fun while turning in BIG profits.
We want pilots of all races to join us in 0.0 for pvp and everything else that comes with 0.0 life. If you are inexperienced, then we can live with that so long as you show the enthusiasm and drive to raise your game, we will help you.

A little about M.Corp...
M.Corp has been fully active for well over 2 years now. We started off as most corps do... An industrial corp but as time went by, we wanted more. We joined the legendary CA and spent over a year with them until their dying day.
M.Corp now consists of experienced players that have been there and done it in industry and in PvP and we want more pilots that have similar experiences, or are willing to bite the bullet, learn, and settle into 0.0 life with us.
Our members are team players, we all think on a corp perspective and work together to get the job done be it in. All members in M.Corp are be expected to act as if they were a corp director, think on their feet, take charge of situations and lead by example.
We were recently invited to join the 5 Alliance. We were flattered and gladly accepted since we now have back what we missed so much... The sense of belonging and military might that we thought only CA could offer, and we are honoured to be part of it.

We are slightly stronger in European times, but the corp is large enough to represent well in the US time zone as well (some of our best pvp'ers are US). We also are part of the 5 alliance which is like one Massive corp, so there are ALWAYS people to fly with in the US time zone be they from M.Corp or another 5 corporation.
Team speak is a must in M.Corp by the way. |

Our current recruitment drive has come to an end. M.Corp have found an additional 25 new faces that we are currently working hard to integrate into the corp. Some will of course stay with us for a very long time, and some will fall by the wayside for all manner of reasons.

Hmmm, I sat down to write why we have the +21 age limit and upon reading to myself before posting I found the argument to be flawed. YES, M.Corp does aspire to have a very well run and disciplined corp where it's members work as one to achieve the goals of the moment. To do this effectively you have to have a happy ship where everyone is pulling in the same direction.
It's just that in my experience, the people that cause the least upset and disruption are people who can grasp that EVE is a team game, and is as much about giving as taking. Typically, the vast majority of people that make up M.Corps membership today are well over 21 though but this is NOT to say that we have no younger people in M.Corp because to say that would be misleading.
There are a number of M.Corp members that are well below 21 years of age. These people have defied the ods and are truly valuable assets to the corp because of their eagerness to work with the corp to achieve it's goals in a mature and professional manner.
Not over 21? Join channel MCORP_RECRUITS and speak to us, if we get the impression you are a young prodigy (every corp has them) then we will obviously give you a fair ***** of the whip and a chance to make your mark with M.Corp

In a corp / alliance fleet operation the loot is held until the end of the op when any that lost battleships will be compensated with that loot. If we incur no losses then the loot will be auctioned immediately and the isk held in a compensation account for the future.
This is the way we have done it since the CA days, a proven and fair method.
Anyway, that's another topic... back to what this thread is all about... Recruitment.

Also required is atleast a tolerance of beer. M. is known to have a couple of bashes where a group of guys meet up and have a few drinks. Of course some guys for-go the get together and just get ****ed and have a chat on Team Speak, but that is to the amusement of everyone else on at the time.
And of course we have Clay101...
M. is looking for any interested Aussies or New Zealanders as well, although I am not sure if NZ has internet or electricity yet so that might be a tall order.

I really enjoyed my time in m.corp. Team play and teamspeak is essential and a sense of humour to deal with clay....
The ceo/directors have great vision on where they want to go and how to get there, and allow all members of the corp input into the way the corp moves forward and is run.
Definatly a corp for the long term.
And always remember the "M" stands for mining (j/k)

We are still looking for US TimeZone players, this means anybody living in North America or other places where the TimeZone is very similar.
The "age limit" of 21+ is not strict - it's more used as a guideline for (in-game) maturity. We don't want little kids running around getting blown up and doing things more experienced pilots know not to do, that's what i'm here for, Suicide Taranis Pilot 4tw!

Joined M. Corp last night, corp chat went from 4 to 28 and I was instantly thrown into a gang of 17 on their way through 0.0. So much was going on that my laptop crashed, but I relogged to find the gang waiting for me 2 jumps ahead, when we did make it home I looked around and the first rat I saw was a 1.1mill angel saint. This is gonna be fun.

A little about M. Corp...
M. Corp has been fully active 3 years now. We started off as most corps do... An industrial corp but as time went by, we wanted more. We joined the legendary CA and spent over a year with them until their dying day.
M. Corp now consists of experienced players that have been there and done it in industry and in PvP and we want more pilots that have similar experiences, or are willing to bite the bullet, learn, and settle into 0.0 life with us.
Our members are team players, we all think on a corp perspective and work together to get the job done be it in alliance / corp fleet combat or in the most demanding yet rewarding 0.0 industrial activities. All members in M. Corp are be expected to act as if they were a corp director, think on their feet, take charge of situations and lead by example.
We recently formed a new alliance 'Lotka Volterra' with our allies Shinra and UK Corp. The alliance is based in the outer limits of 0.0 and we have claimed a region in which to achieve the biggest goals EVE has to offer at the moment. Lotka Volterra is a progressive alliance with military and industrial goals which we will all work together to achieve. Lotka Volterra is perhaps one of the most mutually beneficial alliances I have ever had the joy to be part of.
M. Corp is also at the forefront of many technologies, we make all dreadnoughts / carriers and many T2 items for our members and friends to ensure that we are always equipped for the campaigns set by Lotka Volterra.
