I'm still doing the trainings but afterwards, I'll be looking for a corp.
What can you offer someone like me who has a busy work life from August to May?
I can give an hour or two every couple of nights and maybe more on weekends.
What can you offer a new player who has a variety of skills in RL that can transcend into the game?
For example, I'm good with spreadsheets but not programming them. I'm good at languages and databases, forums, websites, and social engineering.
Aside from mining and industry, where do you see your corp going and in what directions?
What corps do you have relationships and agreements with to help you grow or for trade?
What baggage does your corporation have or that a potential employee should be aware of?
Finally,
If you could start fresh and unaware of the game, how would you build your pilot?

We have no "set" requirements on time spent in the game or in the corp. We are a rather casual bunch and all realize that "Real life is the king" and must be put first.

That all depends on what we need when the time comes. Some of us are collectively working on tools for the corporation website that utilize databases, spreadsheets, etc. The biggest thing we "push" in SacX is, "What do YOU enjoy doing in the game?"

We are working on taking slow-but-sure steps into lower security space (including wormholes) with the intention of putting up a POS and broadening our manufacturing portfolio and services. Beyond mining and industry we mission. If you're after other aspects of the game, such as PVP, our "sister corporation" within our alliance handles that. SacX members are pretty content on not having to shoot at other capsuleers unless we're threatened.

The corporations that we work closely with have recently joined our alliance. As such, we are always exploring new avenues and creating new B2B relationships.

We are just recovering from a rather nasty war. Other than that, there isn't a whole lot of "baggage" that SacX has.
As for starting afresh: I would follow the same skill path I am already going through, for it fits my play style very well and I do not have any skills that are not utilized at some point in my week.
