Nonetheless, the character is similar to how I want to mold mine with a 5m SP boost in the area I am working on now, so I am interested in it. If we cant come to a deal, maybe we can trade, as I have been quoted 1.5b for my character by a character dealer, who thinks he can get more through auction. Convo me, maybe we can come to a deal. I do have isk.

For me this looks like a character ment to be in the lab, not a well rounded character. With all the hard work done, he should have no problem to work his standing up to caldari R&D corps to enable the best R&D agents. Why keep the name hidden?

This is not an R&D char, its a combat character with horrible attributes :) It would be about a 60-70 day boost to my current character, but then after another 3-4 months my character would overtake him due to the poor attributes, which is why im having trouble seeing 2b as a reasonable amount for this char. As a best scenario, characters got for 100mil = 1m SP (not true for ultra-high SP chars), and he is asking for a bit more than the best. :)
