Um lol? How is it a pvp char when you dont even have lvl 1 in the cap skills? You also have basically ZERO gunnery skills.

Certainly it is necessary still more many skills but already now it is strong character especially if it to direct to beat NPC

This is not a PvP character. The bit at the top is a blatant lie.
Its a character that has sat on a second account grinding the skills away. And if you mean gunnery will be done in "no time" you mean 2-3 months?
No warp scrambling - no cap skills - no gunnery
15mill PvP with no gunnery. You should be reported to the advertising standards authority - or even better Society for the prevention of cruelty to promising characters.

Oh, and if you put this character in a raven it will be fitted with a civilian shield booster.
