Providence is a region of great natural beauty found in its planets, asteroid belts and local fauna. For too long the local residents have ignored this bounty and recklessly exploited its resources. Due to the destruction of precious rock formations and rare wildlife by reckless economic activity the following will be forbidden to the general public throughout the Providence Nature Preserve and Galactic Game Park (PNPNGP): Industrial activity on planetary surfaces Strip mining of any naturally occurring mineral and ice formations The slaughtering of defenseless indigenous wildlife; the beautiful Sanshas and endangered True Sanshas Special hunting permits will be issued by the THORN Alliance PNPNGP department of wildlife, fish and game. Poaching will be severely punished by our ever vigilant Game Wardens. Violators will incur administrative sanctions ranging from fines up to confiscation of their spacecraft . Strip mining and planetary industry are prohibited under all circumstances. Violators will be shot. In order to help return the balance of nature, the PNPNGP Management Council hereby declares open season on all capsuleers. The following alliances have been found to be in violation of the PNPNGP and collectively fined. Their pilots found in violation have been executed: Apocalypse Now 10 billion isk Coalition Hispana 5 billion isk Sev3rance 5 billion isk Curatores Veritatis Alliance 5 billion isk Silent Infinity 5 billion isk Claims with other guilty parties have already been individually settled.

Our game wardens work very hard and have a tight schedule. We cannot be expected to stop our work whenever a poacher decides to show up on our door. According to my calculations the PNPGGP is bursting at the seems with the invasive species of the EVE carebear. Their population has grown beyond the carrying capacity of the PNPGGP and they are starving. So now, we only kill carebears to, quote, thin out their numbers. If we don't hunt, then these carebears will grow too big in number and they won't have enough food. So you see, we have to kill carebears, or else they'll DIE. THIN OUT THEIR NUMBERS!

We have even heard troubling news that since the dwindling numbers of the Golden Providence Goat are no longer sufficient to satisfy your lust; your alliance has started trapping specimens of the Common Derelik Goat. I have to admit i miss kidstarpilot or whatever his called welping fleets against us instead of cloaki camping though <3 goats!!!!
