I am planning on making another alt and wondering if this stacks with implants?
If it does would it be best to use it after say training cybernetics to IV for +4's or won't it matter if I put em in straight away?

Milk is just wrong in my opinion, Im afraid I refuse to drink anything that comes from an animals *******, may be just me but that just seems pretty sick.

Yes it does stack, it only lasts until your toon is 35 days old and in total it is worth 226 800 sp..
Personly I use them on new alts but to be honest it ain't worth the isk. |

Don't forget that Prototype accelerator only usable when your character is younger than 14 days. Advanced Cerebral accelerator - 7 days.

Cerebral Accelerator sounds like the frigate-sized version of the corpse launcher. This one is small so it only launches the skulls of your enemies instead of their entire body. |

you are talking about ths Standard Cerebral Accelerator, not about the Prototype one.
Standard gives +3 for 35 days /w damage and rof bonus.
Prototype gives +9 for 14 days.
Most posters in this thread have evidently no clue that the prototype cerebral accelerator even exists.
Comparing the show Info attributes there's nothing that would suggest it behaves differently from the standard one, though.
