I have been targeted by them numerous times by them, I have not done a SINGLE PK nor pvp and I have a 10 status and a 4.65 sec status WTF IS GOING ON!!!

Oh well didn't you know this is a bu... er New Feature of the game. Concord is corrupt and they are going to eventually turn on all of us!!
No seriously, I have had the same thing happen!! And I am questioning wether or not CCP wants to make some kind of stupid point or what??? If this kind of thing is thier Idea of "Role Playing" they can stuff it where the sun don't shine!!
And yes I am "*****ing" about this....

Same thing happened to me - I was targeted by Concord for no reason today. My sec went to -0.1 for no reason so they went ape when I entered a belt. There is a bug.

Just curious but are they just targeting and not firing?
If so maybe they're scanning your ship for illegal items. . .
Otherwise I'd have to agree something is fubared.

Well,
There are lots of reasons for CONCORD to target you.
Most of them has been posted, like cargo scan, the "coruption" roleplaying thing.
I only think that, this time, they forgot to tell the whole story (I hope so, because if this is another bug... it will be fixed soon (TM)).

The cops guarding the Crielere jumpgates are feeble - they don't target until you're within 14km of them (and 15km of the jumpgate) and the few times I've been in that system they've never once opened fire.

It is a bit confusing; some people say Concorde but mention a specific race. I know there is the Concorde organization and then there are racial law enforcement factions. These groups act under different rules and standings. For instance the local law enforcements factions could care less about your security ratings. They are more interested in your racial ratings.
Another thought, is maybe this is part of the system to scan for black market cargo. To take a scan of a ships cargo, the ship must be targeted.
Just a thought.

people they are targeting you to look at your cargo to see if you carrie any banned item all normal no prob
talk is cheap the cost of action is enormus
