Rather than go on about flaming Customer Service or the lack there of I thought I'd try a little forum probing.
Here's my situation (gonna try and condense just enough so that the idea is not lost)
Monday I sold an old character of mine for ISK. I figured it was better to sell him to someone who would get some enjoyment out of him and make a bit of ISK in the process as opposed to deleting him. Almost a 40Mil SP toon.
So I set out posting on the Character Bazaar forums and got a more than generous (IMO) offer and decided to take it. So I recived the funds, and I paid in USD to have the character transferred. (All within the rules set forth in the Bazaar forums.)
Confirmation of character transfer email was recieved by both parties. Now at this point you'd think all was well right?
Not but 3 hours later I was unable to login to my main account. Not the toon I just sold, the entire account. So I figured well maybe they meant 10 hour account lockout instead of character. Simple mistake, must have been a type-o. Again, I was wrong.
Here it is Wed night and after submitting petitions I am still waiting to hear word of what is going on. And to be honest I am in a bit of a panic. I am one of those people that can handle anything as long as we know, but not knowing and feeling like I am in a type of limbo as far as this is concerned has me ready to RAWR!!! (Not sure what good RAWR!! would do but I think you get the idea.)
The only thing I heard was one reponce that went something like, "Hello I am GM *****. I need more info." To which I did accomodate.
Now I am not sure if this is where this post should go but it seemed more appropriate here than elsewhere I have found.
I am looking for a little reassurance or even a "Dude, your (expletive)ed." Has anyone else run into this situation and if so how did it turn out.

Just wait....if you have a unresponded to petition out for like 2 weeks you can start to assume the system has failed you
