I understand that there must be a ton of appeals due to the recent patches but I canĘt understand why it takes CCP so long to respond and the generic responses that we get are pure rubbish. It took over 2 weeks to get a ship replaced after an incident of getting trapped in a gate for a few hours. I did get my ship back but still the aggravation could be avoided with a better response time. I have a corp. mate now that has had his account locked due to an expired Credit Card and he wishes to play and use a new credit card to this with. I have written on his behalf and he has written CCP and no one can give direction on how to reactivate his account. He cannot login to his account on this site to put in new credit card information. I only see the lack of attention causing players to get frustrated with the slow reaction time of CCP and just quitting the game.
I have already canceled all my alt accounts and only hope that someone can give me an answer to the dilemma that my corp. mate is having.

Things are getting ridiculous. They have an to big of an workload due to bad planning, Human resources and rely way to much on people who work there ass of for free
Support is going down the drain and the answers you get after weeks of waiting aren't sufficient..
In my opinion they need to put some extra effort in and hire some extra people to give the support we deserve..

Edited by: Rawrrrrr on 04/08/2005 19:58:07 It seems to take forever, i agree. I reckon the reason is because they're getting spammed by people who have no right to petition in the first place.
The other day i was watching local chat and noticed someone said they lost a ship due to their own fault, nothing new there as people often laugh/cry/swear about it in local. But what annoyed me was someone seriously suggested that he petition for reimbursement, i'm sure there are more than just the odd one or two with that players way of thinking and it is just a huge waste of time and the GM's shouldn't have to put up with it.
I suggest a warning system where if you file timewasting petitions/invalid petitions you get a warning from the GM, do it again or for a third time and your account gets banned. It seems fair enough, why should people be able to waste GM's time over and over again?

Well banning an account is a bit severe, though i agree there isnt room for people with nimble brains. Maybe after 3 strikes remove thier ability to petetion in the first place. That will teach em, because when they do have a real reason to petition it won't be available to them for earlier abuse of it.
