This happened on the Infiltrated Outposts Level 4 Mission. There are Warp Scrambling Drones in this mission, but I was aware of them.
SCENARIO: I had my Raven and my Scorpion(2nd char) in on this mission. Raven warped in first to take the first Aggro. Scorpion warped in for Shield support. Raven didn't get Aggroed.
Scorpion got aggroed and I warped him out immediately. Halfway to the Stargate(warp aligned, BTW) the Scorp was suddenly back at the Drone site and subsequently destroyed. I imeediately Warped the warp aligned Raven, which went to warp almost instantly. Same thing happened. Almost to the Stargate(warp aligned target), I was instantly back at the Drone Site. I was able to watch my Raven being destroyed from my Scorpion Pod. Just before the ships were instantly returned to the Drone Site, I got the message "...you are Warp Scrambled".
Has anyone seen this before? I have Petitioned CCP for reimbursement of both characters, including Modules.
BTW, this is a great mission and requires serious tactical analysis.

Sounds like yet another problem with lag. CCP should honour your petition, though it will take a long time for it to get answered.
Expect automatic messages until then.

Hate to be the bearer of potentially bad news, but in general ccp do not reimburse lag related losses.
I've petitioned several times regarding similar cirumstances and all with no luck.
I think its as lag can be created from so many external factors therefore allowing it to be petitionable would result in it being exploited.

They Re-imbursed my raven plus mods when I lagged out on the second lvl of the 6/10 in n-m ^^

I was in a pvp situation near a station. As the tables turned against me, I warped to a safespot. Only after coming out of warp did I notice that I still had two of them locked...and that they were still doing damage to me. I was 15au away at the time. I got a couple of screenshots to prove it.
I my opinion, this is a game-quitting issue if I don't get reimbursed. I lost an Ishtar that was loaded with tech 2 modules, not to mention a premium clone. I have obvious proof that I was 15au from the people shooting me and the log should show that I was taking damage after finishing a warp.
This is not something that has cropped up since the last patch or something like that. I lost a fully outfitted thorax to npc's about year ago to the same thing.

The GM's reimbursed both of my ships(2 characters had this problem simultaneously) and their associated modules. I was well away from the combat zone and was still taking damage, however, I had no locked targets. They unlocked when I entered Warp. This really does not seem like a lag issue.
