What one is better overall do you think? Me and my corp are progressing towards a BB Bp and we cant decide whether to go for an Armageddon or Apocalypse.
My preference is with the Apocalypse any ideas anyone, come on you know what to flame each other about whats ones best :P.

if you are going for the blackbird blueprint why are you deciding what amarrian battleship to decide next?
Just get the blackbird and start saving money and judge for yourself, which better suits your needs.
In my opinion though, the apocalypse is a far superiour ship to the armageddon.

BB is the military term for Battleship so BB Bp means Battleship Blueprint

Armageddon can probably dish out more damage than the Apocolypse but it's a pretty easy ship to jam and destroy, 3 medium slots limits it's defensive capabilities by a ton.
Personally if you can muster the funds I'd get an Apocalypse. Plus it's a more uber miner! n_n

bb is also the acronym for blackbird, sorry.
The apocalypse is a much better ship to be flying in when you go into battle against other battleships, in my opinion.

The apocalypse bp is also 1.125 billion isk, while the armageddon is a scant 680 million. If you plan on making enough money for the apocalypse bp through mining and npc pirate hunting, the armageddon is the way to go since it is much cheaper, can mount only 1 less laser and has 1000 more drone space. However, once you factor in PVP possibilities, the 3 medium slots on the armageddon severely limits you.

apocalypse has more grid, more turret slots, more power, and an extra medium slot. if it was armageddon vs apocalypse, the apocalypse would win (obviously) its a tier 2 battleship built on the same principle of the armageddon, but with the motto "more is better".

The Apoc is the better ship, especially in PvP. However much in the way that I was using my Omen for general activities rather than my Maller, I currently use my Arma - it's a nice (relatively) cheap and very flexible ship thanks to the 8 low slots. 3 mid is a severe drawback if you want to stand and fight against player opposition though.
