Looking to sell this toon, just looking to see how much she is worth at her current level.

train her a little more. decent focus though. Get Advanced Weapon Upgrades, Signature analysis, Acceleration Control, Thermodynamics, Evasive Maneuvering and maybe some armor skills, the compensations.
You have a pretty nice starter toon, 6.8 mil SP and no wastage. With the skills listed above and a few more you will have yourself a nice little Matar/Gallente small ship PvP pilot. What you have is great to start. most everything at 4 or 5.
I couldnt put a price on it, as I would want to see a few more skills, starting with the ones listed above. cruisers and cruisers gunnery and such would be good. You also want the rest of your gunnery support skills, especially surgical strike since you have your AC spec already.
If I were you i would train a little more before selling just because of the cost to you to transfer a toon to the buyer. I would venture to guess that you could get a lot more for this toon one she hits 10 - 12 million SP, assuming you keep the same training regiment and focus. The negative three plus sec status might deduct from the cost as well, depending on the buyer.
I m not saying you couldnt sell her now, but you would get a lot more in just another 1 or 2 months of training. In that time you could probably bring your SP up from the 6.8 mil to over 10 mil easily.

Yeah i still got a few more skills to get up, i will be looking to get the sec status down as i would rather sell her with postive standing. At the moment i am just looking for a base price but i will work on more skills
