Is there a way to take out a loan? At the rate I mine it will take me forever to get enough ISK to buy a crusier from the frigate Im using now.

There have been a lot of scams involving "loans" or "pooling ISK so we can all buy a BP and then splitting the copies." There is no feature built in to take loans from NPC's, and if you take a loan from a player, with the way alts and deleting characters works, there's nothing they can do to force you to pay back.
Bottom line, if you need a loan, you can only borrow from someone who trusts you.
Maybe they can implement a system in the future where you open a window with the lender (similar to the trade window), and you both agree on the loan amount, the payback amount, the date due, and you can check a box saying "Secure the Loan with My Character", meaning if you don't pay back by the date due, your character gets transferred to the lender's account, bye bye.
Would be a way to do it.

Just kidding. Could loan ya the ISKs, just remember to who you will give yours stuffs to if you do decide you leave^^.

Well...Im looking to get the osprey. I have 1.4 mil ISK now and can also give my current ship as downpaymet. Unless there is a better way for me to do it myself. I need more cargo space than I have now to make more money.

Nah, I work on trust. Keep your frigate. Hmmm, doesnt ur corp provide you with loaning facility? BTW, Osprey is a high risk factor within 14-30 days of Eve because you cant use it well. I may be wrong though as it depends on individuals. Why not use a frigate to mine and spend the ISKs on a hauler? Or use a hauler with a survey scanner and munch the biggest rock while being afk in a 1.0 system.

Im in a corp because someone said to check it out so I did but Im more of a solo right now as I dont have much time at night to converse. I mainly have this running at work while I do my work. Im rated for Cruiser now skill wise but dont know the specs I need for a hauler. Remember Im only in it for 2.5 weeks so far. Fill me in the the best way. You can tell me what skills I need and I can tell you what I have. For 2.5 weeks I have a good amount.

Done? You mean you will front me the ISK? If so I can tell you that I appreciate it very much and WILL pay you back when my funds permit it. We have had conversations before and you have been more than helpful. I am an honest guy and when I say I will pay you back I will or if I leave you get EVERYTHING I own. Tell me what we need to do to complete the transaction. Thanks again

The requirements to fly an industrial are smaller than those for a cruiser (Caldari Frigate 3, Spaceship Command 3), so you're already qualified for the skill, and I think you only need to take Caldari Industrial to 1 to be able to fly the Badger. Should take a couple hours at the most.
If the only thing you need is cargo, nothing beats the industrials. They're so cheap to train, compared to the important function they provide, that any pilot should learn to fly one, I don't care if you're gonna be a scientist or purely manufacture guy stuck in a station.

1. Why?
2. Can always be a loan shark... charge cumulative 10% daily interests. Failure to pay = Pod for life, can even threaten carebear corpmates as well until they pay up^^.
