Ok we have topics with most good at military, most whealthest. Now why not put most whinnest allince in game.

Xelas.
They whine about the PA so the leave it, and the PA give thems Tenal.
Then they whine when we have a problem with them allying with the enemies of the north . . . "we wanted a stable north . . blah blah blah".
They whine when we attacked them for blatently breaking the Mutual Defense Pact, and try to diflect by pointing at one guy who blew up a couple of their ships.
Then their whiniest spokeswoman Acidcharm whines when I attempt to hold their feet to the fire on other forums threads because they broke an agreement and don't have the cohones to admit that they actually broke the agreement.
I may sound a little biased here but beleive it or not, they are worse than the self gratifying folks from BoB/5.
And if you haven't already figured it out, this is my own opinion and in no way the opinion of my corp or alliance.
