Hi!
Im Rasai, a poor little busninesswoman from Yulai.
I've been trying to make a living R&D'ing and mining in empire,
but my master is a bastard, and wont take care of me anymore.
I started out as a R&D lady, and have 4 R&D (LVL1) running, got the skills up, so
i can use the lvl4 ones, but i need some standings.
I can drive a large barge and mine, ice also. Got perfect refining skills also.
I can run gallentean frigs, but my master havent bought me any skillbooks, so
I cant drive cruisers or battleships. I like it best in a barge anyways.
I havent got any results from R&D'ing yet, but im sure, i will make my master very very rich sometime in the future. If not, i can still mine like a madman...err...woman..

actually you dont have perfect refning skills,
I'll pay 300 mill for you (500 is a bit to high for a starting bid)

When the action ends, Refining and Refinery efficiency is at lvl5.
So yes, perfect refine ;)
The ore specific skills, r bonuses.
Bid of 300 mill is noted :)

I beg to differ.
There is no formula for what a char is worth.
It all comes down to the skills and assets.
If a person sees a char hass the skills he is looking for,
he or she can offer whatever they feel is nessesarry for them
to get the char.
This char has alot of lvl5 skills and is an EXCELLENT miner/refiner char, aswell
has having R&D Agents, and thus the opportunity to recieve a tech2 BPO.
Now, if yer not gonna bid, plz stay out of this acution. This is not an oppinion thread, its an acution. Thankyou sir !

whilst this is often used as the rule of thumb, its not very accurate in the slighest, if a character has just gallente industrial to 5, (total about 1.5mil sp, i know it would go for more than 150mil, typically small amounts of industrial skills are worth lots, but when it comes to a pvp character, virtually all level 5's are expected for the price to be high.
