it probably is because of dodi though it's quite rare.
sinq laison is one of the biggest regions of the game also.

Systems aren't mapped to nodes based on their location but rather spread out so each node can be loaded with systems from anywhere if I remember correctly.
So TiDi in one lonely high sec system might very well be caused by a large fleet flight on the other side of the cluster.
Which makes sense since a high load in one system would increase the risk of high load in surrounding systems.

This happened in Hek last week with the Brave Newbies, but I don't recall it spreading to hror or any other of the surrounding systems. |
