im talking about good setups and knowledge about usage...
only safecards i know are ammar... then gallente, minmatar and last caldari...
ammar also have some of the more flexible ships...
like the apoc and zealot...
this offcourse is my view...

Dominix, Tempest, Typhoon and Armageddon (drones, tank, damage, support), Scorpion, Raven, Megathron, Apoc in greatest to least flexible.

arma is a decent (and cheap) miner and long range sniper, apoc ain't that good.

dont forget nosf, drones, and the ROF bonus.
HOWEVER, with the apoc having little or not effective laser bonus, i oftne use other type of guns, just as a blasterpoc which is VERY fun :) and the good old artilaries (1400mm) to confuse peoples.

Armageddon is very flexable
It can:
-Tank as well as apoc (1 rep II tank, but 5 Hardner IIs 90% res's, sustained)
-Does more damage when using turrets
-Highest Long Range DPS (try 7 tachs or mega beams with 7 heatsink II)
-Has 10 heavy drones
Most flexable in game would be in this order:
Typhoon
Domnix
Scorpian
Tempest
Armageddon

Armageddon do as much damage as an apoc? Sure.
Armageddon tank as well as an apoc, with a bunch less cap AND no cap bonus per level? Maybe as well as a megathron, but comparing it to an apoc is laughable.
Armageddon is the most set ship in EVE. You either have a long range beam setup or a short range pulse setup, either with gank mods in low slots. Sensor boosters in mids. You can modify it, but the massive lack of midslots stunts creativity.
