Best  That doesn't look anywhere close to as good as the Gistii X-type. Might be the most shield repped per second though.

Depends on definition of "best"
Gistii are most repair per cap, normally a ratio of about 1 cap for 2.5 repair
Estamel I believe is the best as far as rep per second (largest boost per 4 second cycle)
About 1 cap per 2 rep.
Thats the ratios for large, I am assuming its the same for XL.

Yeah, because its far better. Estemel's eats a massive amount of cap (twice as much cap, hardly 40% more boost power), making it unsustainable. Efficiency matters far more than total boost power.
You don't see Estemel's XLs going for more than 1.5 billion.
