Ow do all  ,
I don`t normaly post here,after all i`m not 1 t add t all the 'internet drama' & forum/alts muppets ... but i`d just like t say well done t the GM`s for sorting 3 petitions i had with em,ok so they where all a little backed up with taking some holidays and the like but after a wk of waiting they saw the light  and replaced some items lost due t CTD/bug
So i would like t tk the following GM`s for job well done ...
GM Retrofire ..... wtg on finding those items,always the last place ur look 
GM Gusto ..... my humble tks for the replacement
GM Herzog ..... read Gusto replay t me and c why ur`s needs some TLC in the customer relation dept.
Keep it going guys ur getting there

GM Fate and GM Abraxas (sp?) have all been pretty understanding of the situation's at hand if their explained calmly and clearly AFAIK.

It has been a VERY long time since I had any complaints about the GM staff. Been great for over a year, whether my answer was yes, no or "dunno, I'll get back to you".

I didnt say I could not read what he wrote. He took the time to post, would it have hurt to have taken an extra 2 minutes to actually type all the words out?

Had an excellent experience with GM Fate....he handled my only serious petition in eve so far and couldn't be more professional.

there should be a GM day were they all geta day to roleplay in a few titans organising gangs to hunt down the concord top 10. Could rope in agent locators into the event so people dont have to pvp. Also supply/logistics people for ammo and fuel and jump drive beacons, could be fun allround for all. There is after all a national sysadmin day so why not a national GM day.

the event sounds like an idea - perhaps a couple of factional ship BPCs as rewards or something.
That said any of my petitions have always had a clear yes no or other response and handled professionally
