4S alt? LMAO, sitting in a station all day doesn't mean that you control anything, you should know this from past experiences I reckon. One of our guys in FDZ and you guys all mysteriously dock and disappear, even you got the numbers way on your side. If that doesn't show who's in charge, I dunno what will. As far as I know, we're terribly bored atm since there's *no* targets around that doesn't dock/log when even the slightest danger is present. We're forced to seek action elsewhere. If this alt happen to belong to anyone else, grow a ball and post with your main. And maybe grow an other ball and try to actually kill RO/CRUEL who can always be found in Geminate. I'm sick of people that claim this and that when they can't even prove they've done anything to kick out a force that's been daily present for a great while. And don't tell me we're not around, atleast our corp's been seeking action in the region for atleast 50% of the day.

Germinate is a poorly controlled region, most of the CI/RO people spend their time not in 0.0 but in low sec forge space.
Germinate is mostly safe access to all, Ive met mainly friendlies there, no hostile CI or RO.
a "clean germinate" is a big phrase, this will not be possible in a long time.  .
