Easily and cheaply overcome, actually.
Clone the slave, place them into a hyperprinting device (they don't need to be installed in a capsule you know), and simply have their consciousness transferred to the clone. That frees them of all tracking devices installed and less sophisticated methods of marking such as brands. The clone body will also be healthy, fit, and ready to carry on its life however the individual sees fit.
Yes, some will crawl back to their masters like curs, just as some Amarr support the Matari, but most embrace their freedom and free will with great zest.

The typical response I have come to expect from an Amarrian. You say they are property, akin to the likes of a pet Furier, we say they are people.
I ask you, does that really make a difference to our choice? You're interpritations of what a slave is will not prevent us from doing what is right in our eyes. Accept that for what it is. The raid will continue, despite your watered down rational on the subject. I suggest you take the time to prepare for the swarm of justice.

Oh, I understood right from the beginning what point you were trying to make. However, your attempts at granting yourself basic rights of respect for ideology are simply... non-valid. I even have proof for why you are not entitled to be heard; just like a parrot imitates human speech to get attention so does the Minmatar race, a truth that makes whatever point you think you have null and void. Might as well face it; the Minmatar race was created for physical labour, not independent thought. Even though you're good at imitating human philosophy, it remains but nothing of an imitation nonetheless.

Well Meehan, I didn't think it physically possible but that so called proof you have highlighted there proves that there are some things more transparrent than thin air itself. Here-say and conjecture, much like everything Amarrian right to the core of your society... your religion.
