There's a rumor going around that many favored players get their capitals, and other expensive ships, reimbursed by CCP after loses. Not talking about glitches or bugs or normal petitions, just straight out reimbursement because of who they know and how long they have played.

More likely truth is: Some players have enough isk and industry behind them to be able to replace caps quickly themselves. |

Remember that last supercap battle that made the news? Right. Every lost ship got reimbursed because it was a PR event. The Mittani himself told me.

This would incentivise conflict.
Let's have more "live events" like that. Give boat a titan and wait for him to jump instead of bridge into lowsec again.
