Is there a resource that lists all the possible resulting skill mixes and
(pre 5 points added to keep it from blowing up) accompanying attributes?
This would be very helpful. I'm aware of the (very slow) tool on eve-i,
but it doesn't list how many ultimate levels one gets of each skill, and
working through each combination would be highly time consuming.
Also, it would be interesting to have a list of what non-Custom options
each create. Are they just a subset of what one can do with Custom, or
do they allow some results that can't be reached with Custom?

Yep there sure is! Go to the player guide and then character creation if this link doesn't work.

I was rather looking for more detail. The new player guide gives the
root stats, but does not give the results of the various choices make
in the custom career, nor the skills aquired of each path. Something
in the way of a very large table or a spreadsheet is more on the order
of what is sought.

I know there is at least one break down of the various options you describe somewhere. It might be worth checking this forum and the Skills forum for it.

Isn't this tool a bit out of date though? From what I can see, you don't have any other selections beyond race, tribe, and either custom or career type (ie. Fighter, Miner, etc.)
I think what the OP is looking for (and so am I) is a chart that will show all of the current attribute selections for each race/tribe combo....broken down by career choice. Also, it wouldn't hurt to include the starter skills for all those too, even for "custom" career (unless that varies depending on how you distribute your points in custom...which would get a lil crazy trying to chart).
Anyone have a link to something like that?
