This is far from the first time. In fact Krullz (formerly of the PA, in GODS/FE now I think) did this with a Badger II *solo* vs an inty I believe a year ago. He sang the badger song on TS and everything.
For those who are doubters, just remember the badger II has 6 mid slots and something like 2K hitpoints with skills. Once you've finished the 30 seconds locking the crow, if he's in dual webber range he's dead, just a matter of time.

Actually this was being done a while before that as well...a guy defending querious when it was CFS space long time ago released 2 videos about it. 'Battle Badger' and some other video using a bestower.
It's actually pretty easy to do if fitted out for it and the crow pilot isn't paying attention. I've had a few FIX pilots try that on me long ago.
Nice work though, not easy finding someone to fall for that one.

As for "Battle Badgers & Bettsies", it works really well with ECM. Frigs don't take much to shut down, btu intys need like 3-4 Webbers on them 
As for the crow pilot... wow!

on that note of "30 second" lock times, I thought you could circumvent that with an autotargetter in the highslots? since the autotargtter has an activation time of 4 seconds and thus will lock anything in 4 seconds flat.
