what/who/where do I find these? a bit annoying when you need one for a mission and find others ------------------------------------------ The ammatar are not the enemy, they are the smoke and mirrors of the amarr. |

I've seen punk ID slices in Okkelen region in cosmos area, so I guess it should be in one of the cosmos area's in minmatar/caldari
note: I don't know for sure but it's an idea

You have to kill Maru Hackers (There might be other sources, I only know this one). You can find some in the Nefantar Ruins in Barkrik e.g., but there are lots of spawns.
Beware, though, they warpscramble and webify.

hey hey
Maru hackers are the bad boys to look for, yes they are rare to spawn and then drop the slice.
if your up there to mission then take the missions from the agents and you will actually find that the hackers are actually more popular than we are led to believe. then you find you have an excess of the bloody things :)
the easy way is to get 1 then right click it and buy it off the market.

Edited by: Henry Bessemer on 16/06/2006 21:43:59 There is a gate hidden at Hjoramold X - Moon 17 (I think.) An agent at Machine Head sends you there as one of your missions. Anyways, there's a cruiser sitting at the gate. If you kill it and go through the gate, there should be a Maru Hacker right there. Kill it and it drops a Hacker ID Slice. If you need more, you can just wait for it to respawn. It takes less than 30 min. I think. Watch out though, they do scramble and web.
