So yeah, started eve about 2 years ago, never did the tutorials, went straight into mining, then pvp, after about 6 months fonded a lowsec pirate corp, now in wormholes, yadda yadda irrelevant.
to the point, i have found myself currently in an extended, but temporary, stay in highsec, and have come to the realization that one way or another my standings with some factions have fallen out of favor. In order to transport all the materials i need back in w-space should a connection appear, i would need access to it in whatever k-space high it was in, which right now is impossible in a little over 50% of them.
so my question is, are there any corporations (SoE or etc) that i can do missions for that may give storylines that give an increase to multiple highsec factions, or whatnot?
just wondering.
feeling very silly having to ask a question after playing this game for so long. |

I don't think so... the diplomacy skill ups your standings across the board but I think that's the only way to do it "Little ginger moron" ~David Hasselhoff-á |

SoE Epic arc is about the only mission series that does several faction increases without any real decreases.
Other than that, yeah, diplomacy V is the way to go. |

Also in the future you should decline any missions that pit you against 1 of the other main races "Little ginger moron" ~David Hasselhoff-á |

You can run the tutorials for each race, if you haven't already, and get a significant boost to your standings, closely followed by the SOE arc to make up any shortfalls.

Only good method I know of other than the SoE Epic Arc (which doesn't raise them all that much):
Find a corp that's allied with a faction you're in poor standing with.
Example: Quafe Corp is allied with the Gallente Federation. Every 16 missions, you get a story line mission that raises your faction standing .
Working a level 2 Distribution agent is an easy and quick way to bust out the agent missions to get to the storyline missions. Once you have your standing above -4.99 or higher, you can go into the systems of that faction and rat for standings.
No getting around the standing grind. |

Sounds like doing the starting tutorials for everyone is a good thing to do and get out of the way. Just incase you run afoul in the future. How do you go about doing them? Just fly to their faction space and find their starting station? |

Just fly to their faction space and find their starting station? Repeating the tutorial/career missions 12 times (maximum possible, 3 per faction) in one go would be exceptionally boring and unnecessary when you are starting out.
If you want to preserve good standings with all 4 major factions as a new player:
Don't join Factional Warfare.
Don't accept security (combat) missions that pit you against members of the 2 opposing factions.
Complete the SoE Epic Arc as soon as you are able and pick the faction you have the worst standings with at the end. Repeat every 3 months.
Play both sides if it comes to that, which is a bit of a "two steps forward one step back" deal. Distribution missions can be good for grinding standings relatively quickly (but not so much the other rewards).
Regular SoE missions and storylines are good for getting Gallente and Minmatar standings up with minimal hit to standings with the other two factions.
You can save up redoing the tutorials for a rainy day. Same goes for COSMOS and Data Centre missions (which you should also approach very carefully as you only get one shot at them). |

In the case of the OP they're looking to repair their existing standings rather than grind them from scratch, if the OP hasn't already done the tutorials then they're a good way to start repairing their standings enough that they can fly through all 4 empires without being tagged by the faction plod.

Check out DeMichael Crimson's Faction Standing Repair Plan.

^^ OP, work that plan I was something like -8 to amarr at one time and it was very inconvenient if a WH went into amarr space or such. Fixed that. As has been said, diplomacy to V helps a lot! As has also been said, once you get your faction standing fixed, don't accept any anti-faction missions anymore and you'll be able to go through all the factions' space np. Plan = good I'm listening to-áBj+¦rk, playing EVE, eating fishsticks, and I'm cold....this is immersion gaming. |
