Chipaya is a Highly Specialized Minmatar pilot. She's amazing for PvP, or whatever form of PvE you might want to do as well. I am looking to pickup a character of a different race, so she's up for sale!
She can be in a number of ships with only a few days time of training: Marauders, Heavy Interdictors, Logistics, Recons, and Covert Ops. Also with a very small amount of cross training for Gallente Ships, she can fly Dramiel, Cynabal, and Machariel!
Skill Highlights include 32 skills at level V, over 10 million SP in Gunnery, Over 8 million in Spaceship Command. She is a BEAST!
