Edited by: APOC UK on 12/08/2005 22:01:23 Altough i hate replyin to these things let me just tel you a few things.
Firstly Phoe, i like you, saw you as a very capable pilot and respect what you tried to do for FSA.
As for the RA situation, after a lot of corps left FSA we had no choice to nap with RA. most of our guys were tired and just wanted a bit of peace and quiet which we felt we would get by just staying where we were in insmother. you know as well as i do that i didnt want to give up the RA war and wanted one last stand but because all the corps left and the management decided not to continue it, we never were able to do so.
whlst staying in insmother we saw a differet side to RA that we had never experienced before. they actually had a laugh and joke with us, we talked respectfully about our wars and developed a really good relationship with them which surprised even myself.
We had mutual respect for each other. this was something which im sorry to say, most of our members had lost for ATUK at this point including myself however we caried on and rebuilt, put in new measures to make sure we took as diplomatic approach to everything that we could.
When this whole thing kicked off and we were told to release sovereignty it hit home to a lot of our guys. and we simply decided to take a stand.
Any naps that were put in place were there for the protection of FSA while we rebuilt our forces.
Now im sorry there appears to be bad blood beetween us and i never wanted it to come down to this, but nothing i can say can change whats happened in the past.
So with all due respect i must now leave the forums/flames and carry on Playing eve.
Thank you all for the attetion maybe it would now be a good idea to close this thread on that point.

Nothin personal. "Bad Blood" makes it sound overly dramatic. Like I said, I still respect quite a few individuals in FSA. We now seem to be on different sides of a war, and that is all there is to it. I just took my first shots at you guys btw. Tell Virkman to stop toying in his Malediction
Who knows, in the future we may speak of each other in peace, and with fond memories of our fights. Right now, I shall present a friendly smile before ctrl + click on your names in my overview
--Note that this is in reply to all this mushy emotional stuff, NOT to the general thread where everyone bashes each other's heads in over what once happened. Which is pointless anyway cause I'm right ---=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=---

Drew,
I wasn't putting you or anyone from your corp down fella, I also wasn't trying to start a d*%$ measuring contest. I have good memories of fighting alongside people from your corp "amongst others" while we where in FSA as do most of LD.
However I took exception to your line "What I do have a problem with is people who while in FSA I saw do nothing" as it seemed to imply LD members sat on the sidelines while we where in FSA, and this certainly was not the case.
Anyway that aside, I hope LD and Warages end up on the same side again at some point and wish you guys well.

Sadly, i lost like 4 Battleship's in Scalding Pass... Not to count smaller ships. That hurt. But it was fun. So all things considered, empire spice is alot more profitable copared to 0.0 for Industrial player. These 'gifts' of mineral resources are not really worth the trouble to defend it.
Cheers to VIRI and RA. There was alot of fair fights.
Now the bad thing: i mostly seen [5] members as the ones who ignore or even may shoot at me. Never had a honor of flying a wing with you. So i'm not surprised of these events.
Friendly advice: Consider your allies as friends, or you lose them.

One thing i just wanted to point out that nobody seems to have mentioned here, is that FSA was built entirely on Atuk Sponsored corps. Which is why corporations left FSA little by little as the treachery towards Atuk began. It wasn't RA that caused people to leave, it was the poor leadership, or management, whichever you think applies.

Dead simple; people love a soft target.
Given the number of combined FSA/RA gate camps there have been lately, obviously FSA have discovered the joys of non-consensual pvp for themselves. Nothing quite like ganking defenceless haulers for no other reason than they are there is there boys?
Seems a shame; I liked FSA when I thought it stood for something more than just stabbing folk in the back and chasing iskies.
Now you team up with RA and visit pain and misery on people you never met before just because you can? Sad, sad, sad.

Hmmm.... care to name names Taipan?
I remember a fair few meetings and convos where I registered my disgust at FSA's lack of honour and double-dealing. Does this make ME a little fruity perhaps?
If you have an accusation to level, FFS, out with it. Stop beating around the bush (or apple tree in this case) and say what you mean. ============================ Everything you know is wrong ============================ |

LOL; I like this post a lot.
Where were you when it mattered? I was on numerous FSA ops and i saw you twice, both times in a Kestrel, and both times you cried off early because of "IRL stuff", leaving others to stay and finish the job.
Whenever any plan requiring the investment of ISK by FSA members was put forward, you were always crying poverty, but at the same time, upset that the alliance as a whole was unwilling to pour money into a fund administrated by your little clique.
The meetings I did attend on behalf of LD were a shambles, but I did greatly enjoy watching you adopt the first badly thought out strategy suggested by whoever had the courage to speak, and then adopt it as your own..... only to change your mind when it sounded like we might have to actually stand up and fight for our rights in 0.
In short, I can't believe that FSA has survived for so long under your inept and traitorous leadership. I'd advise any current FSA corps to either pay more attention to what you and your toadies are up to, or get out before they are tarred with the same brush.
I have no problem with the vast majority of FSA, past or present, but you Sir, are not fit to lead a cub-scout pack, let alone an alliance. ============================ Everything you know is wrong ============================

That's bull. FSA (as one of the few alliances left) does not shoot neutrals. The gatecamps were there because many of what are now suddenly enemies (not just the 5) are using those gates. We are working on the standings thing though, the list of corps sponsored by alliances that set us to -10 is huge. So atm if we see a neutral we're not quite sure yet what they'll do... but we have certianly not switched our policy around to pirating innocent haulers. As a matter of fact, one got blown up by mistake this week, with very expensive cargo, and we fully reimbursed the victim.

Hi Jago, Lol no when I wrote that I was actually thinking of Sneetches and Noobjuice, not yourself :) And noobjuise was so-so, he had his moments... but more often than not he was just a pain in the ass :p Anyway lets take this off the forums if you care to discuss it further.

Couple points, your animosity towards me in your post shows how far in Apoc's @ss you really are. Probably can hardly see the tips of your high heels now.
Tell me something, while we were doing all the fighting for fsa, what did fsa leadership want to do? I do remember Apoc wanting to tax all his member corps to the tune of 10% once we got a station. There's a good reward for all our hard fighting. And what a stand-up guy.
I'm sure Apoc's boots need a polishing, you better get going.

Gee, what a nice guy?
No need to reply Taipan, his character speaks for itself.
You tried to tell people how you saw it, and they refuse to believe. You can't do any more than that. Good effort.

Oookay.... I think that pretty much sums it up, don't you? While the five desperately run around like headless chickens, trying to pretend they didn't bully FSA, Stan (Nice name, had a hamster called Stan) delights us all with this.

ofc you could say it.. but since everyone else seems perfect able to find us, it'll only comes across and pointless smack that highlights your inability to find ppl.. so my advice would be to try looking for us in sensible places or being quiet
