The only thing that really matters and determines its level of success is, does it have players dressed in sexy fetish clothing? |

Gallery of old and new WoD I don't mind what you posted as options, but that picture and those galleries are really bland in the clothing department as far as vampire entertainment is concerned. I actully expect CCP to deliver on that aspect though, since they'll no doubt have a clothing store in the game and I'm confident they know, that the bland stuff isn't going to attract many buyers. |

That's the Masquerade part of Vampire: The Masquerade. The whole point is that the living have no idea that vampires are among them, and they only find out when it's too late. If vampires ran around looking like Count von Count, or otherwise dressed in a way that immediately identified them, they would abandon the masquerade, and the consequences for that are (and should be) incredibly severe. Their ability to hold power to the extent that they do is a consequence of their ability to hide in plain sight.
Maybe CCP will play with that somewhat, but if they can't bring themselves to publish outrageous clothing for power-mad, galaxy-straddling demigods then I'm not sure they'll be able to do so for vampires under the Masquerade.
Time will tell. Malcanis, Ripard Teg, and Trebor Daehdoow for CSM 8

Well there is one thing even more terrifying then nosferatu in lingerie. The Mittani as prince of as city dominated by goons. That idea alone is why WoD online could be the best horror game ever made. |
