I'm sorry to have to be the one to burst your bubble friend, but seriously...3 Billion isk for a 2.8 m SP character that doesn't do anything? You have no core skills and what you do have are scattered and erritic. There is no focus!!
Come on....be realistic. There is no value here. At the most 1.5B if, and thats a big IF someone is not concentrating when they browse the eveboard.
