Amusing as it sounds id like to place a kill on a character called Vogon.
Ship channel i asked for a vagabond with my alt which is a nasty pirate (not due to me)
lots of friendly banter ofc he didnt trust my alt becus of the sec status said he wanted 2mil deposit for the delievery of the vagabond. Didnt mind only 2mil, then no delievery at the time stated.
Awell 2hours wasted guess that bothered me abit.
Then again alt cant fly it for another few days. I guess i dont like dishonourable peeps out of principle il shall reward the bounty hunter that brings me his corpse with screen shot of his death. Or a t2 ship kill (haulers, bs's, barges and cruisers accepted) anything that basically costs him more than 2million isk
Guess im too lazy to go find him and kill him. So any of you newbie bounty hunters out there want a little mission check it out - il reward you with a couple shadow serpentis mods.
I shall glady recommend you to other players i know if you are successful.
Use or find someone that can use locator agents and you shall find your prey.
I stress to those forum trolls this is a mission for the newer players wishing to make a name for him\herself, so dont post your un-important opinions, becus i dont care.

I dislike con-artists. Theres something about it i feel is unwarrented in a game.
cant say he was particularly good, it was a measly 2mil i just couldnt be assed to travel to pick up for it. But i feel more motivated to kill him now.

Im told he's that same one.
Apparently he is well known. I gernerally dont bother with trade channels too much hassle but the prices and availibility of vagabonds is pretty bad atm so..
anyways im ready to load up a kestral in pator with some of my old friends and pod his ass back to the stone age  Anyone one that wishes to join me feel free to.
I shall keep his name on my buddy list for time being

he's a high sec scammer in a noob corp, my suggestion is get a small group 2gether and get in kessie's or punishers etc and pwn his ass in Pator when he's stealing ore. You'll lose your t1 frigs but its a small price.
Newbie like yourselve you'll be fine, he's prolly flying a hauler anyways.
Get a couple other newbies 2gether and do the kessie thing, il replace all your losses
