yes it is and no i dont think so...wont go for anyless than the reserve hense why its called a reserve. id rather transfer him onto another account and pirate with him for fun

Skills are the same as in the screenshot i took. apart from he now has torps lvl5 and currently training heavy missiles lvl5.
plus i cant get mycharacter section to work for some reason it just loads back to the news

as stated the auction will continue till i sell him.
buyout has not been lowerd to reserve...so first to offer me the reserve gets him.
