hallo,
i`ve been hearing about these complexes, and i`d like to clear it out what are they and where can i find them.
the only info i think i know about them is that they are smthing like NPC rat spawns, right, where they differ in difficulty, where 1/10 is the easest and 10/10 is the hardest.
so any info on htem would be gr8, thanks :)

Like you said, they are npc rat spawns.
If you look on your overview in some systems you will see a deadspace gate (kinda like an arrow pointing down) that will say something like "Angel red light district" or "serpantis narcotics warehouse"
Click on the info and it will give you a rating from 1/10 to 10/10
If you are new feel free to try 1 and 2/10 approach 3/10 with a bit of caution and steer away from 4/10 and higher.

When approaching a complex, do yourself a favor and ask around what types of rats spawn there. That will give you some valuable information into what type of weaponry they may have, and give you a clue as to what type of ship(s) can run that complex well. I use an enyo for gurista and serpentis complexes up to 4/10. Some may consider assaults overkill from 1/10 t0 3/10 but I'm seeing them as the norm mostly. With the occassional heavy assault pilot running them for a laugh. If you don't have a good tank set up.. a REALLY good tank set up.. don't run 4/10s alone unless you are in a heavy assault ship.. just my opinion.

All of the above and configure your overview to show beacons. Because if you don't it will be a little difficult for you to find them.
