I recently joined the world of New Eden and am looking for a suitable corporation. I tried a 14 day account and then got a deal for a 21 day trial. Then I activated the full account and now I'm ready to go. I lost some money trying to station trade at first, but now I just want to PvP.
My goal is to specialize in flying an active armor tanked Rifter with an AB, scram, and web. I've got my first one fitted and ready to go. I joined the Minmatar militia, but it doesn't give the experience that I think I can learn by flying in a fleet or gang.
What I'm looking for...
1.) I want to be able to get into a fleet or gang whenever I log on. This is my top priority for joining a corporation.
2.) I have a mic, and would prefer a corp that uses some sort of voice communication.
3.) Ship reimbursement would be nice, but isn't necessarily a dealbreaker.
4.) If possible, I'd like to join a corporation that is changing the sovereignty map. Again though... my first priority is just flying with a group and getting into combat on a regular basis.
5.) I wouldn't midn helping to do level 4 missions if that's feasible, but again it's not my #1 priority.
Although I'm new to both Eve and MMOs in general, I've been reading all the wiki pages and guides and think I have a fairly good idea of what's up. I've set up my overview, for example, and have been using EveMon and the EFT. So... I'm pretty much ready to go. I just want to get set up with the right corporation.
