The character was transferred last night, seconds after you sent me the isk. You triple checked the account name. It's not on my account anymore, so good luck with your petition. |

Also, please note that I did not claim you did NOT transfer the character, simply that it had not arrived. The forum is simply a spot for a formal agreement between two parties, and any updates should always be placed on the forum, so no offense intended towards yourself mate.
Let's give it a bit. I'm not worried, as I know CCP will attend to the matter as we had done everything accordingly to CCP rules, except for you stating that you had not transferred the payment money off of the toon. As per agreement, and of course honest business practice, if the money is on the toon you shall recieve it as soon as the toon is accessible. |

It is now visible yes, cannot access it yet though but will try in a few minutes again. I see that some of the money was transferred though, as the grand total of 5 billion is not the total amount in wallet. not to worry, as Rule 19 states:
Whenever a character is transferred before the seller has moved the ISK received from the sale to another one of their characters, the Customer Support team will return that ISK to the rightful owner. The buyer cannot expect to receive both the character and the ISK that they paid to purchase it.
Good dealing with you. Have also notified CCP CST of the ISK issue, you may want to do so as well. |

Just to be clear, so there is no offense caused. I cannot transfer the remaining ISK myself as there is no guarantee I am transferring to the correct account, which means anyone could say I had given the ISK to someone else. Two plex were purchased on the toon before transfer, and the remaining 3,598,959,340.01 needs to be handed over to you be CCP . I have left the wallet history clear for now, so as to not cause any confusion.
This is simply precaution, as 2 out of 5 transfers are often scams. No offense intended to yourself whatsoever.
