I play WOW and so does my entire family, including my mom and wife. I come to EVE to get away from them.
WORD OF WARNING -- never ever ever explain and teach a family member how to play a MMORPG. It all stated with me playing DAOC while visiting over Christmas, mom wanted to know what i was doing, I explained it. After 2 hours of explanation, she wouldnt let me have my laptop back till i left town 2 weeks later, then everyday I would get these phonecalls...your going to be on tonight right, when you get off work. I want to make lvl 32 tonight..etc. I think 8 months later i left DAOC and started playing EVE to get away, they thankfully continued to play DAOC until WOW came out. Then I got sucked into WOW and she chased me from that game too. So im back.
Once again dont make the same mistake I did....I guess i was Briowned.

I would gladly take that embarrasment to have a mom that plays mmorpgs with me, hehe. My mom is almost 70, so that's highly unlikely, lol
