Is this a know problem, is there a fix in the pipeline?
Its so stupidly bugged.
War targets appear as part of the gang sometimes. Freindlies appear as war targets, its a right mess.
Anyone spent some time trying to diagnose the problem? Is there a fix I'm not aware off?

Best thing to do is if you think it is bugged, press tab (minimise overview) and then press tab again to open it again, usually sorts its self out.

It makes the game interesting. 4 ships fired on me in obe yesterday at the P3 gate. Judging by the fact they all went pop to sentries they thought they could shoot me. I asked whether it was an overview bug but.....well they decided not to talk about it.

We engaged a small PA force last night in Nonni, and i had 7 ships on my scanner flashing red, only 4 of them were actual war targets.
Its a bit of a joke really, and needs desperately to be sorted.

for the 'little' bugs: hit tab 2x.
More annoying is when it stops refreshing- u need to relog then.

Its TOTALLY fubar..
i lost my last tempest to a bug that showed a nOOb corp guy as a war target.
CCP should make this a priority fix... its making the game silly. its been around for so long now... i made a post bout it a few months ago.
d solo.

I raped someones pod thinking I was allowed because it was flagged ;).

Last night i was trying the "hit tab twice" method, and all it was doing was flagging different people on my overview, with the same 3 unwarranted war falgs.
Its a bit mental tbh.
BUT
On my desktop, the overview works perfectly, never any screw ups. In fact until i recently sent my laptop off to Sony, and they re installed it for NO APPARENT REASON!!! it was working fine also, and I thought people complianing about the Overview were just exageratting, but after last night I see it is a very real problem :(

I can only repeat what I said the last time this topic was mentioned:
If it happens to you, please send a detailed bug report including screenshots and logserver logs.
As long as the problem isn't fixed, CCP and the Bug Hunters always need more data to reproduce and isolate the bug.
And yes, I know, bug reporting is tedious and boring, but it's in your own best interest to help CCP fix this issue

been submitted and reported a****load of times from when ever it was bugged, can`t even remember how long it has been
